Chapter 111 (111話 () , Chapter 111) is the final chapter of the manga, Boys Over Flowers Season 2 by Yoko Kamio. It was published on December 22, 2019 on Shonen Jump+ in Japan, and Viz Media's website and app in America.

On Christmas, Oto Edogawa and the Correct 5 attend Arisa Konno's wedding. Konno gives Haruto Kaguragi an excuse, which allows him to slip away with Oto. He gives her a ring, promising that he will give her another one in the future.

Plot

At their reception, Arisa Konno and Mi-tan thank Haruto Kaguragi for his help with their wedding. She apologizes for "spoiling" his Christmas with Oto Edogawa and then gets an idea. Shortly later, she asks Oto to pick up her wedding ring which she says will be ready soon. Haruto quickly realizes her scheme and pulls Oto onto a romantically lit side street. He pulls out a ring, saying "You know how I am, but please let's be together forever." She says "Yes" and he places the ring on her finger as promise for a proposal in the future.

Sometime later, Airi Maya and Kaito Taira are at a cafe when she suddenly says "You haven't told me I'm cute lately." He assures her that she looks cute and that he loves her, much to her utter joy. To himself, he thinks "It's scary how cute she is when she's like this." Meanwhile, a nervous Issa Narumiya meets up with Akira Mimasaka and Sojiro Nishikado who take him out to party. Later, a girl develops a crush on Sugimaru Eibi and he feels "chills" from her staring at him. Megumi Nishidome goes in for a camera test.

In Los Angeles, Tenma Hase and Hitoshi Konoe prepare for the opening of another school in San Francisco. Konoe is worried about the weather. Tenma replies "It's only natural that both rainy days and sunny days exist." At Eitoku Academy, a boy apologizes for trying to rob him previously. He reveals that Haruto has inspired him to change and that he wants to be like him now. Haruto gives him a piece of advice, "Don't ever go hunting for commoners." Airi speculates about the weather for their camping trip. He tells her "I'm sure it'll be sunny."

• With the publication of chapter one hundred and seven in late October 2019, Yoko Kamio announced that the series would end soon. She revealed that this chapter would be the final on December 7.
