Chiho Okawa (大川 千帆, Ōkawa Chiho, born August 6, 1966 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese voice actress. In 1996, she voiced Tsubaki Domyoji in the Boys Over Flowers anime.

Chiho Okawa was born on August 6, 1966 in Tokyo, Japan as Emi Okawa (大川 絵美, Ōkawa Emi).[2]
Career[]
Okawa voiced Tsubaki Domyoji in the Boys Over Flowers anime in 1996. She is affiliated with the agency, Art Group.
She lectured at the University of Creation, before its closure in 2013.
