Qian Bai Yu (Chinese: 錢柏渝; pinyin: Qián Bǎiyú, born June 5, 1983 in Taipei, Taiwan), also known as Kelly Chien, is an actress and model from Taiwan. She had a small part as Mei Jia in Meteor Garden.

Early life[]
Chien, whose real name is Qian Bai Yu (錢柏妤), was born on June 5, 1983 in Taipei, Taiwan. Her immediate family consisted of her parents and a brother. Chien's grandfather was of Portuguese and Kazakh descent.
She graduated from the beauty department of Nanhua School of General Education.
Career[]
At sixteen, Chien began working as a model. She had a minor role as Mei Jia in two episodes of Meteor Garden in 2001. Chien followed with two guest spots in Spicy Teacher. In 2005, she had small roles in Eight Heroes, Ping Pong, and Da Han Tian Zi 3. Her first lead role was in Wind Warrior (2005) opposite Gregory Wong. She appeared in The Legend of Lu Xiaofeng in 2007.
In 2010, she had a reoccurring role in Rookies' Diary as the girlfriend of Chen De Lie's character. Chien played Miranda in the 2011 series, Material Queen starring Vanness Wu. She starred in Love in the Wind with Jian Man-shu and Figaro Tseng in 2012. The same year, she had a guest role in the first episode of Lady Maid Maid. In 2013, Chien appeared in two films, Killing Seven and Golden Future, and had a small role in Love Around. She had a reoccurring part in 2014's Once Upon a Time in Beitou. In 2017, she had a lead role in the film, Falling in Love.
